Since it’s time for a new car…I might buy the new Camaro or maybe the Infiniti G37x.

G37, all the way. I LOVE the Infinitis. I was trying to negotiate one for my most recent purchase but just couldn’t get the guys to meet me at my price point for the cars I wanted.

I ultimately bought a 2010 Chrysler 300 Touring Edition, all black. It is sooooo gangsta. I love it.

Mine looks very much like this (the UK version of the same):

I’m still driving this 70s classic.

Nice looking Oldsmobile, DJ Pon-3.
Here’s a '70 Oldsmobile Toronado GT I used to terrorize the streets in:

Gunnar, good choice in the Chrysler 300 Touring Sedan

Oh man. Chrysler’s are notorious for breaking down. My friend also had a 300 and it was constantly in the shop. Hope you have better luck!

Return to the original topic:

Cabin In The Woods was fucking badass.

just watched “13” for the 2nd time. This movie is bad ass. It’s got Jason Statham in it (albeit a minor role) but it’s about underground gambling on a Russian Roulette type game. after the initial set up (about 15-20 minutes )the movie is intense all the way through.

So I did pick up an Infiniti 37x:

2009 27K, new tires…fully loaded! 330 hp

Just saw the avengers it was pretty good. Good theater flick.

I zipped trough the Hunger Games Trilogy before the movie and felt the movie did a great job capturing the book. I’m happy to see it doing so well in the States. It’s not as big over here, but I suspect the sequel will change that.

I finished the trilogy a couple weeks back and I gotta say I was really disappointed. This is probably the first time in the history of the world but the movie was waaaaaaay better than the book. Book II and Book III were epically SLO0O0O0O0O0O0O0W. So, hopefully the movies will turn out better than the books but I’m not holding my breath. especially since they plan on splitting book II into 2 movies. I have no idea how they plan on pulling that off since book II was the slower of the last 2 books.
Collins’ idea was/is solid but she can’t write a story to save her life. The last 2 books are so dry.

I’m about to rewatch a classic from my youth King Kong v. Godzilla. Really excited to see the giants beat the shit out of each other! Remember loving it, hope it holds up!

I watched The Warriors a couple weeks ago. I haven’t seen that movie in several years. I always thought it sucked the Baseball Furies got their asses handed to them. They looked the most bad ass out of all of them.

King Kong fucking shoved a tree down Godzilla’s throat! Gotta say the movie was a ton of fun and ended right after the two of them went to town on a giant Buddhist temple. Cool, wouldn’t have something like that done to a church in an America kids movie.

The last three flicks I saw in the movie theater were Die Hard 5 (abysmal), Olympus Has Fallen (better than it had any right to be), and Spring Breakers (walked out on it - I have plenty of porn at home, thanks, and none of it features James Franco in cornrows).

Spring Breakers

How were the Disney chicks titties? That’s the only reason I wanna see that flick. Big nips? Small Nips? pink nips? Brown nips? I have no idea what that flick is about, nor do I care. just wanna see some wholesome girl next door titties.

finally got around to watching ‘What We Do Is Secret’ the Germs movie. KILLER film. super surprising actually. the guy playing Darby totally nailed it. and the Bowie references were just right. haha.

i was pleased. also, i recently watched Dredd… better than the sly stone one, but still… not as good as i wanted it to be.

I love that movie too. Haven’t seen it in ages, but every time I watched it I would get super pissed that Godzilla (I like Kong, but I am a Godzilla man through and through) goes out like a bitch. It did, however, always leave a glimmer of hope for me that there would be a rematch.

With all the recycled remakes, reboots, rehashes, etc., I’m actually surprised that we still haven’t seen these two greats square off again.

Yah Godzilla losing is pretty stupid, but that’s really the only bad thing about this one. I think they’ve tried to do remakes but the rights to Kong are too expensive, which is pretty stupid that they’d do that boring looking Jackson remake but not a sweet remake of this.

That’s weird. There were a bunch of previous crappy Kong remakes too, but maybe the price has since gone up.

I had the horrible pain of sitting through a movie that was on TV the other night called “Funny People”. It had Adam Sandler, Seth Rogen, and that other fat Jewish kid from “Superbad” whose name I can’t remember.

It was like 3 hours long but I was more than halfway in by the time I decided it was crap and I felt like I needed to make it through. It was both UNFUNNY and UNWATCHABLE.

I wouldn’t wish this film on my worst enemy. I’d pray for something less miserable, like AIDS.

Wow dude…you just described my exact experinece with that execrable film…I decided to watch it because my gf really likes Seth Rogen and I’ve always like his stuff too…big mistake…that movie was a diarreah milkshake…I mean just rancid…
