Please (if there’s a God above) don’t let this open for Ministry…

Alright! Who’s up for some [url http://ticketspin.com/ministry]VIP tickets? Only $80!
As much as I admire Al as artist, I’m going to pass. If I was guaranteed one signed item (including With Sympathy), I would consider it.
I met Paul Barker for free back in 03’ and he was cool enough to sign a few CDs.

Maybe so, but if this video is anything to go by as far as their live show is concerned, then I will pass. Plus, I think this is a hoax anyways.

A lot of new dates. St Louis, Des Moines, Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Houston, Austin, etc.
Well, the Fillmore is a small venue and chances are that’s about the amount of draw that one could muster in such a place I guess.
huh, a Houston date. and yet, I don’t care.
Damn I just realized I’ll be on my own tour and I’ll miss the chance to see Ministry this time around. And I actually could stomach ‘From Beeer to Eternity’ more than most of the recent releases….
Did anyone ever clear up that whole Laibach thing? Are they actually playing together?

I’ve noted the 2 dates that Laibach is opening. Philly and Denver.

yep
Anyone know the setlist of the Feb. 21 show yet?
So disappointing. I wonder if Al has disowned Relapse for whatever reason.

Maybe he realized it blows.
Maybe he’s not playing anything cause it’s Mikey’s record and he doesn’t want anyone playing Mikey’s parts
I’ve never seen any form of Ministry in concert, and had been avoiding the later line-up. However, I think its finally time for me to go. For all I know, there could be no other tours after this. And I actually wouldn’t mind hearing the majority of those songs on the set. I’d definitely prefer different songs, but I can’t do much there.

No.
I don’t think it’s that at all. The only “classics” he ever plays are all tracks that had Mikey on the originals (“Thieves”, “NWO”, “Just One Fix” . . .).
Plus, when Mikey died Al said Ministry was finished and done for as a result. However, he then said they would tour the new album as a tribute to him and because the songs that he and the dudes made deserved to be heard live.
But now . . . . . how about that tribute? No full album of FBTE, nothing from Relapse, two or three oldies, if we’re lucky?
Give me a break.
What will be the first non-festival Ministry show of 2015? Maybe they do have a longer set prepared that does contain a Filth Pig song like Sin claimed.
And Mikey did write most of the songs on that set. I dunno all the lengths of those tracks, but that set hardly looks like it went past an hour.
Yeah, that’s not the full set. That’s the abbreviated festival set.
The full set list is much longer.
