Apparently, there's a new Ministry album in the works

Silkworms is a live track. Not sure when it was recorded. It starts off good, but then Axl starts singing the most uninspired lyrics he’s ever written. The link is posted above.

Yea, I have heard that, but the quality wasn’t as good as what you posted. Seemed like it fit right in with C. Democracy.

If it fit right in cuz C.D. sucked then yeah. Musically, it didn’t fit in at all.

i may get slated for it but i absolutely loved Chinese Democracy, it’s a great album. I saw the “fake Gn’R” as my friends call them, twice, and they were amazing. Can’t wait to hear what crazy Axl has been up to with his next album.

I almost saw the “Fake G’n’R” but after seeing this I had a change of priorities . . .

Hahaha, yeah i saw that one a while ago, his voice takes a while to get warmed up, to put it diplomatically.

I call them “the axl rose band”

Hehehe, that’d be the perfect name for them if it was still the 70s!!

Chinese DeMiXXXacy?

Appetite for Destruxxxion…

MiXXXter Brownstone.

As much as i love '94 nin, have you guy’s heard the robin finck solo’s axl let him play during the live shows? wow…

And to think I thought about going to this show. Makes me wish I had a time machine to get the Axl from when I saw em in '91.

“Die in a Car Crash” was the last ministry song I actually loved and seemed the last time Al tried something genuinely different with the band.

Yeah, and then they didn’t play it live even though Burton Bell was on the tour. WTF?

Yeah it’s a cool song but don’t you get a little Andrew W.K vibe from it?

Seriously, what fucking drugs are you guys on saying that “Die In A Crash” is a good song?!?! I seriously would llike you guys to share cuz that’s the worst song Al has ever been a part of.

That’s the only song on RGB I like. Bring on the hate.

[reply][reply]As for worst Ministry tune ever it is either Get out and Vote or What He Say.

“What He Say”? Where is this track found? I don’t think I’ve even heard of it. Is it from “Sympathy” or something?[/reply]

Yes, from WS.

For your ummmm… listening pleasure. I apologize in advance

LOLZ! i put that track up :D. i LOVE it! with sympathy is awesome. so cheese.

Lads, lads, lads come on. That cover of What a Wonderful World was the worst song ever made so by virtue of that fact it has to be the worst Ministry song ever.

I suppose you can hold out hope for whatever you want from The Jourgensen but I can’t help but think is music that bad and there’s such a dearth of what’s interesting anymore that one would still hope for a sliver of something good from him. Is it even worth the hope? He is demonstrably terrible, and has been so for at least 6 years.

And also it is important to note that the longest running and best Ministry-related board there is allows for informed criticism of The Jourgensen and nu-Ministry, and not just “Al sux” or “Al rulez” without saying why. If he’ll be judged by any collective source in the future it’ll be from here, whether Al likes that/cares about that or not.

At least some of us are thinking of the children.

Die In A Crash is an amazing track, i love it. I hope for more Ministry like that, at least he tried something different for once.
