But as a president he personally is safe. He’ll no doubt have Fox and their sister outlets like the federalist etc etc announce that the countries these banks reside in are a direct threat to america and instigate military action. That’s because there is a lot to blame on this president. It’s not just business as usual. Trump has done real dame to our country… the pollution controls are all but gone… we’re out of the paris climate agreement. Science deniers are heads of scientific departments. the head of the post office wants to shut it down… this has lasting consequences after trump is gone… this isn’t just policy disagreements that this admin has/is lied/lying about this is full on discrimination, denying of rights, and with the new “justice” you can bet civil liberties are gone, you can bet a woman has no more control over her body. Shit is gonna (and already does) look a lot different around here. The damage he has done to people and our environment is just enormous, so to be irritated over the people complaining about it… it’s just tone deaf.

I don’t dislike Biden. I think he’ll make a decent President. Frankly, I don’t envy anyone the job – it’s going to be 4 years of cleaning up after Trump, and if Biden doesn’t do a great job, that orange fuck will pop up like a malignant jack-in-the-box in 2024 (provided he isn’t dead or in jail). Worse yet, if Biden passes away in office (the dude is OLD), Harris will take over, and I don’t see her winning an election in this racist, sexist country.

I think Trump will be the first ex-President to NOT just fade into the background. I wish he would just sink back because we really need to get something even vaguely resembling cooperation and unity to move forward as a nation.
