Just saying the tone is unexpectedly neutral for a Ministry video. Both candidates are merely present in it, it’s hard to say that either is being attacked or endorsed. Nothing like how GWB was regularly used in Ministry’s visuals.

I took that as deliberate. Not in them thinking of them both as “equal” but in the sense that MOST so-called liberals and Democrats don’t actually like Biden. They just hate Trump. So I think Al’s team is carefully NOT aligning with any particular person. Plus, Al really has pushed voting and participation in the system regardless of someone’s stance, and I wouldn’t be surprised if he was supportive of 3rd parties in many cases.
The song is about getting out and voting . . . . not about a particular candidate. And when people get too wrapped up in Al’s personal politics this greater message gets lost.
I think it’s a rather elementary and embarassing message, but I’m glad that they’re at least staying somewhat consistent with it.

You can thank the reversal of the voting rights act of '65 for those long lines. They basically abolished the voting rights act in 2013.

That’s nice to see, I live in such a conservative area it’s hard to beleive that Biden has any chance at all. My neighbor, a first generation mexican immigrant, is a proud Trump supporter with all his flags. It’s sad because there’s no telling him that Trump hates his guts. He just doesn’t believe it. But he learned the language listening to Right Wing Christian AM radio so his programming is pretty deep.
Guess we’ll just have to wait and see. Nov 3rd ain’t gonna solve shit because if Trump wins were stuck forever with this little dictator and if he loses he’s already basically said he ain’t leaving and the military said they won’t get involved… Guess we’ll get a Pelosi president in January. LOL Who knows.
Maybe’ he’ll lose. I figure pretty much every dem is going to vote for Biden and considering you have some pretty big numbers of Republicans coming out saying vote for Biden and then considering you got 3rd party candidates for the republicans who refuse to vote for trump… Might be enough to stick it to the electoral college. One can only hope.

He didn’t even want to become president tho. He did it for the publicity. HIlary was the heavy fav, lo and behold he edged her out. It stunned Trump just as much as it did the rest of us. If he loses he’ll probably feel relieved, he can finally go back to eating big macs and grabbing vaginas lol.

I don’t think either guy is particularly fit for office, Biden is clearly a one term president being propped up by the left to get their foot in the door and simply just to get rid of Trump. And Trump has no plan to combat the virus a lot of people will die, he isn’t the answer.

I agree with your assertion that he didn’t want to become President. But now that he’s had a taste of power, he’s not going to give that up easily.
I don’t think either guy is fit either. When the Democratic field was wider, and there were 9-12 candidates at a debate, I looked at that rogue’s gallery and said, “I don’t want ANY of these people to be my President.”
It boils down to the lesser of 2 evils. That’s all. But I can confidently say we’re dealing with, I dunno, an angry Smurf (Biden; remember the “evil Smurf” episode where they turned purple and kept yelling “gnap!” anyway) vs. Pinhead (Trump).
It’s also a little personal for me. I was picked on as a kid, ruthlessly, largely because I was very small. (I’m not a midget but I’m the child of two small adults - 5’ and 5’3" - so I didn’t have a growth spurt until very late, and it was more of a dribble than a spurt, to be honest.) I recognize a bully when I see one. Trump is a bully. And he’s uncloaked all of the bullies in the country, and there’s a dismayingly large number of them.
I don’t like bullies.

But, like pretty much every administration ever, I’m suspect the next 4 years will be spent blaming everything that sucks on the prior President… regardless of who’s in the office.
I think this is a really short sighted thing to say. Nobody’s personality is centered around just hating trump… the damage that trump has brought on this country and to people in this country in general, is immeasurable and to suggest, like your statement does, that it’s only about partisan hackery, is not just dishonest but seems to border on intentional fraud/understatement or maybe you do not really understand the full meaning of the damage that he has done.
Again, I think painting these two with the same brush is completely dishonest, But to somehow suggest that these two are equally bad candidates, which is how I read the tone of your post, is just wholly wrong.
If you think Biden will embolden hate groups, commit treason, openly pay himself at the expense of the tax payers, Spend more than a year golfing, Have the acting attorney general take up up his own personal legal problems (again at the expense of the tax payers), Lie openly and willingly, discredit the legitimate press for personal gain that is disgustingly dishonest and actually pretty offensive.
I honestly don’t think Biden is a full term president. I think he has every intention of stepping down after an already determined amount of time.

He edged no one out… your statement seems to be in line with the new narrative. trump LOST. he lost by almost 3 million votes. The electoral college handed trump a win. there was no edging, trump was given office, not earned it.
