Jazz Satellites and Macro Dub Infection. they absolutely changed my life
I was probably always going to discover Miles Davis because people like Lydon mentioned him but
the stuff that i’ve discovered now because of KM is mindblowing.
I’ve been on a quest to recreate his lost compilation album

I don’t recall what led me to them. But I found it priceless that Lowell George, was booted from Zappa, for writing “Willin.”
Speculation. But sounds like a Zappa move. Shit jams!!!
And Lord Sutch…Poco and Al Kooper. Those are my latest “Now Playing”.
He wasn’t booted for writing Willin…after Zappa heard Willin he encouraged George to go start his own band…it wasn’t uncommon for Frank to suggest the same to a number of his hired musicians…

its going for stupid money so I emailed DGM and they confirmed a reissue is on their “to do” list

Frank was notorious for firing if you were even suspected of any drug use or if you missed any of the non stop rehearsals.
Read all of his books, you should too, can’t put it down type of books for sure.
