Cirith Ungol are a cool band…a true cult metal band…all their album covers were taken from artwork for the Elric of Melnibone books from Michael Moorcock…I used to have all those books…

Oh, those books are awesome. Still have the originals.
Wish is still had mine…the artwork on those were so bad ass…I remember being in my high school English class in 12th grade…my English teacher was kind of a cool dude but he was one of these sassy literary snobs…I had one of the Elric books on my desk and he walked by and picked it up and gave me an eye roll and dismissively kind of threw the book back down on my desk…I just laughed at him…and then when class ended as I walked out the door he goes " at least you are reading something,which is more than I can say for 95 % of my other students"…haha I’ll never forget that…
I had a love-hate relationship with one of my math teachers. The guy ADORED sci-fi but turned his nose up hard at any kind of fantasy. He caught me reading Dragonlance and was really kind of disdainful. Another time, when I was struggling with algebra, he said, “That’s all right, Lowell, when you grow up, we’ll give you the broom.”
Guy got busted running a cheating scam on the SATs years after I graduated. Karma.

I don’t know what happened to the asshole. I heard about this cheating thing maybe 8-10 years after I graduated, which would put it around the turn of the century. I looked it up on the Web recently and couldn’t find anything about it, but I have reliable sources, so he must have used something like Reputation Defender to scour it from the Internet.
