Voivod-Nothingface
Black Sabbath-Sabotage
I’ve been on a Vol 4 kick myself. The new remaster really sounds great.
I love Vol 4. It’s one of those things neighbors love to listen to as well so turn it up accordingly.
Coil - Loves Secret Domain
and random JK Flesh tracks
Coil are particularly creepy motherfuckers considering they were into the occult and rumored pedos.
Played Vol 4 remaster last night after I got home after my whirlwind tour of the local bars for my 50th birthday celebration…I am officially an old fuck…
The remaster sounds fantastic, right?
I’m 45, just five years behind you. Tell me – is your body disintegrating, too? For example, every time I bend a knee, it sounds like a goat eating a tin can full of celery. Is that… normal?
Yeah it sounds really good…
Everything hurts, man…hahaha…doing pretty good considering…amazing I made it this far…
Pitch Shifter - The Remix War
Helloween - Keeper of the Seven Keys: Part I
Sabbath Vol 4 - 4 cd’s
Van Halen - 1984
Stu Hamm - Radio Free Albemuth
HAHAHA!!! 47 for me, but yeah, the last few years I’ve really noticed I ain’t the 24/7 freight train I used to be. 10 years ago I could go to Vegas for a WEEK long trade show/ business. I’d go hard every night, smoking cigarettes, boozing, and gambling to the break of dawn. I’d get like 2 hours of sleep a day at most and go the distance, catch a longer nap at the end of the week and be fully-charged and reset.
Now if I do even a one-night proper bender I need a few days to recover, hahaha. Hell, I literally plan for it when I see a concert mid-week and just schedule to take the next day off as vacation.
I’m still just as dumb and do all the same goofy shit when I have the opportunity (which, admittedly, is less and less frequent) but I pay for it big time after the fact, hahahaha.
the Ramones - Too Tough To Die
Y&T-Mean Streak
W.A.S.P.- The Crimson Idol
Diamond Head-Lightning to Nations
Leslie West- The Great Fatsby
Rob Zombie - The Lunar Injection Kool Aid Eclipse Conspiracy
Nina Hagen-NunSexMonkRock
Heavy Metal - Music From The Motion Picture
Classic…
One of my first CD purchases, that soundtrack. It’s where I discovered “Veteran Of The Psychic Wars,” which is my favorite BOC track.
Lyrics by the fantasy writer, Michael Moorcock…incredible song…I’m a huge BOC fan and could never pick a favorite song but it is indeed a great one…BOC was originally going to do more songs for the soundtrack…a couple you can hear on the Fire of Unknown Origin album…
