[reply]Napalm Death. Sigh… lots and lots of Napalm Death.
I’m gonna see them in October with Voivod, Obituary and Carcass![/reply]
I’ve seen Obituary live. I think it was 2009. Good show.

[reply]Or wait was that Eraldo Bernocchi instead of Krush? So many fucking Laswell albums/projects that I confuse these days…
there must have been something involving both Eraldo Bernocchi and Toshinori Kondo. Actually I believe the Sigillum S record I mentioned above features them both (as SS was for a long time Bernocchi’s main project), though it is not like a “record length” collaboration between them. Kondo just guests on it.
The Bernocchi / Laswell team-up I particularly liked was “Equations of Eternity” with Mick Harris also adding programming here and there.[/reply]
Yeah there were 2 Equations of Eternity records that came out on Wordsound…the second one(Veve) is the better of the 2…I was working at WS around the time the 1st came out…good dub-wise shit…
That’s an amazing show. Saw Voivod / Napalm Death last February here in the states. Spectacular.
Yeah, to be honest i’m going just because the line-up is so impressive, i wouldn’t be a fan of any of the bands. I don’t have anything against them, i just wouldn’t sit down to listen to them regularly or anything. Looking forward to it, should be fun. Another band called Herod is playing too, but i don’t think i’ve heard of them before.

I saw that here in Miami…excellent shit…
The new Failure album this past week. Somehow lived up to the hype.
The Alarm - Strength
(Great songs, but holy hell is this a bad mix/recording. Awful.)
Thrill Kill Kult - confessions of a knife…
(what a great record)

Yup, agree. CoaK is a killer album (no pun intended).
The Replacements. Somehow missed these guys in my “musical development,” just bought a boxed set with all their albums for $50 at Best Buy. Wow. Like REM’s shit-faced unhinged cousin. Perfect for early summer.
Madonna - Bedtime Stories
Scott Walker & Sunn O))) - Soused
PiL - Compact Disk
Great record.
Trivia: Steve Vai does all the guitars.

I watched that too, was it called Beware of Mr Baker or something like that? My God, what an absolute bastard he is. Amazing musician, but an irredeemable arsehole of the highest order. Pretty crazy near the end when he assaults the guy making the documentary for wanting to speak to other people from his past. Brilliant film, really enjoyed it.
The Beatles - Magical Mystery Tour
Yellow Magic Orchestra - Space Invaders
Kraftwerk - Live in San Francisco 1998 (bootleg)
