if you like more clean edge ‘shellac-ish’ riffs on ToR - start with the post Nailbomb Fudge Tunnel Lp “The Complicated Futility Of Ignorance”. then work backward, and grab the comp ‘in a word’ whenever.
if you just want to dive in I suggest getting either ‘Creep Diets’ or ‘Hate Songs In E Minor’ and then just getting whatever

Nobody stocks it here - just heard part of it on a listening booth at FYE. Exemplary stuff. I’d put it right next to “Jail” from Down , “Suicide Note 1 + 2”, “Yesterday Don’t Mean Shit” from Pantera. Mahakali from Jarboe recvd 4 stars from Revolver, I noticed. Calling it her finest effort since Jarboe & Neurosis. Which sounds like a pretty solid compliment to me. Eager to hear the rest of the record.
Wonder how long her involvement with the metal scene will last. She seems to have had a fairly decent reception so far.

Did I send you the '95 album Pro-Choice? Track 5, “Selam Sarajevo” - crank it immediately. Interesting album, the singer was long gone by then (he wasn’t even on 1992’s Dreamers In Colour, which is a crap album anyway), but Pro-Choice is a great collection of loops, ethnic melodies, and samples. A far cry from their 80’s industrial stuff.
