Tron Legacy Soundtrack by Daft Punk

I thought their soundtrack to that film was really poor. It was like they tried to do a John Carpenter soundtrack with really banal disco beats. The film sucked too. At least the original one looked cool…even if it was crap too.
Listening to the new Panda Bear album and surprise surprise it’s not as good as Person Pitch. Better than Merriweather Pavillion though.
Yeah, TRON (the original) is one of those movies that you remember being totally awesome as a kid and then when you try to watch it again you remember that we were stupid kids and thought that all kinds of crappy junk was awesome.

Yep…check this out…our Black Metal & Emo roots return!

Part of me just died. Again.
I love when they make sequels to 30 year old movies that you wish were never made in the first place.
Wake me up when Labyrinth 2 is finished.

Gotta agree, it’s not half the record Person Pitch was. It’s still miles up on Merriweather though…
Black Uhuru “Happiness”
black uhuru is awesome.
black uhuru is awesome.
Sly & Robbie all the way…easily the deadliest rhythm section on the planet. If you haven’t heard their album with Scottish producer Howie B check it out…it’s absolutely incredible! It’s called Sly & Robbie Drum & Bass Stripped To The Bone By Howie B. It’s the freshest most futuristic dub out there. It’s cheap on amazon. It’s not DnB as in the genre by the way…just rock solid Sly & Robbie rhythms with Howie B adding his magic.

Wow, catchy title.
Listening to Nirvana’s Bleach and wishing I were 21 again.
At least I’m growing old disgracefully.
- on a side note am quite eager to hear both Panda Bear’s Tomboy and Ulver’s The Wars Of The Roses…although I am fully aware that neither album will be as good as the album that precedeed it.

Click Click - Shadowblack
Just one of those nights.
Shadowblack is a badass record.
I wish they hadn’t disappeared after making it.
Adrian is finishing up a new Click Click album, I thought it was coming out last fall, but that didn’t happen. I would think we’ll see it sometime this year.
1002
Stoked.
Nothing like old school EBM.
Innit the fuckin’ TRUTH.
Spinnin’ some Party Hate. One of those mornings.
