I just made one of those Muffaletta sandwiches that are popular in NOLA…I love that olive stuff,man…came out pretty good…
I got some of this Japanese BBQ sauce that is fucking incredible…gonna do up some stir fry tonight with some Asian noodles and chicken and shrimp with some green onions and sprouts and pour that sauce all over it in the wok…
Some pics of the “Cheeseburger Wellington” I made, as it came out of the oven, and plated. Served it up with a mushroom gravy sauce and some roasted carrots and tomatoes. It was awesome!

Thanks, y’all! I always had a fascination with Beef Wellington but not looking to invest $100+ and 3 days labor into something I’ll likely fuck up anyway. This cheeseburger variation was fun and didn’t drive me to the madhouse or poorhouse, haha. And definitely more photogenic than most things I attempt.
