To Build A Mosque Near Ground Zero?

It’s all good. This is America. I’m just waiting for my vendor license so I can set up a hot dog cart on the sidewalk in front. I’m going to serve bacon-wrapped hotdogs flame-grilled over burning Korans.

I’m going to call my business KoranDogs and the carts will be staffed by bikini-clad hot chicks with burkas over their heads (seriously, is it any less degrading than what the Hot Dog On A Stick girls have to wear?).

THIS

Way to go about shedding that conception that you’re all at war with Islam, America.

Are Jews allowed to go to the Community Center does anyone know?

Think YMCA.

I think it has more to do that most of the Americans on this board are atheists and dislike religion, especially Islam because well…Islam sucks.

Besides, leave the political correctness off the internet. (Relative) anonymity does have benefits after all.

Most importantly I think all of the Americans on here did agree that this “Mosque” (read: community center) is totally fine provided they comply with whatever local regulations.

I have heard far worse about Islam from my Indian friend than any American. Because those people actually have to deal with that shit in full force.

Hindus and Muslims also do not tend to get along.

I’ve nothing against Jewish, Christians, Hindus, Buddhist, atheist & agnostic people.

I mix around with all kinda folks & try not to generalise them & that’s why I don’t say things like “THEY SUCK” or somesuch. in fact some of my closest friends are jews & some can even be considered conservative Christians. btw you can throw in a couple of gays & lesbians into the mix as well.

We get along just fine without any ill-feelings or prejudice. [cool]

I tend to believe whoever cites “political correctness” in an argument loses.
