The Thread About NOTHING!

The beers were 14 dollars each at the Wiltern.

I don’t even think The Warfield are that bad and they’re practically the Bay Area equivalent of The Wiltern.

I think it was '95 or '96 that I was at WARFIELD. They had PBR on tap for like 4 or 5 bucks a cup when I was there, so . . . . yeah, that’s what we were drinking.

They don’t even sell PBR there anymore, at least not on tap. Gotta go to the Oakland Metro for that and I think it’s $3.

I’m loaded off of some hash…

I’m playing Shadow Of Mordor on the PC. Because everyone I know has gone away. For the holidays. Except me.

Yep. This is what my life has become.

I really need to start dating again.

Odd that I just watched River’s Edge last week. My personal favorite role was when he played the clerk in The Stoned Age.

His filmography reads like an inventory list for the $3.99 basket at a Best Buy.

River’s Edge was $5.95 at Rasputin Music. Fast Times usually falls around $7.99 a lot of places. The Stoned Age is most likely to be 50 cents in the VHS section…

This is what I was reacting to (which is probably the “best of the bunch” since it was selected for his obituary):

“Negron’s motion picture appearances were plentiful, and included Stuart Little, The Last Boy Scout, Bio-Dome, Fast Times at Ridgemont High, Angels in the Outfield, The Aristocrats, Nothing but Trouble, Punchline, Better Off Dead, Easy Money, Young Doctors in Love, Call Me Claus and Amy Heckerling’s Vamps where he reprised his Fast Times at Ridgemont High pizza delivery scene.”

Aaaah thank you for reminding me of the slo-mo trainwreck that was ‘Nothing but Trouble.’ If it weren’t for ‘Hudson Hawk’ being released the same year, that would have gotten all the ‘Worst Movie’ anti-accolades it deserved.

Now, refresh my memory, but was he in Aristo-CATS (the animated cat movie), or Aristo-CRATS (the one about the popular vulgar stand-up comic bit)?

Yeah,Nothing But Trouble was a dreadful piece of shit…that being said,I have to stop and watch it whenever I see it on…bizarre flick…train wreck, indeed…

“Nothing But Trouble” was an absolute acid-soaked explosion of mental diarrhea . . . . and I mean that in the best way possible. I adore it. It’s completely mental. But, yeah, you don’t see it on many critics Top 10 lists . . . . . or even their Top Billion. It is absolutely reviled by most people.

But it is a grand piece of majestic artistry that has to be seen.

Hudson Hawk was great! He was in The Aristocrats, the one about the filthiest joke ever, he was very funny in it too, i actually only knew him as Milo from The Last Boy Scout, didn’t know he was a comedian until i saw The Aristocrats.
