Yeah, I saw that a few days ago. It’s on his shoulder, and I think he does know who they are. How common is the symbol exactly? The pic I saw had to have been from the mid-80s, when I think that band was still around, and Halber Mensch was also probably getting some attention in the US. And probably exactly like I did, he liked them and the logo, and got it’s tattooed.
Where else would you know that symbol? It does come from another place LONG before neubauten, but I wouldn’t doubt Rollins’ knowledge of neubauten.

Neubauten still around. Saw them last year. It was amazing!

Funny thing. People I work with think it’s awesome, but have no idea where I got it from. I might as say it’s this and that and sorta tribal, which i guess it kinda is.
I also have one with randon symbols of a perfect circle on my back. Got it years ago. And yes, I know they’re on hiatus or no longer around. Save some time before someone else misreads or whatever.

The best way I can describe it is that it feels like a bruised sunburn.
The artist will cover it (with plastic wrap or gauze) before the client leaves their studio.
Keep it covered with the plastic wrap for the first night and make sure that it is covered with something else so you don’t get any ink on whatever you are sleeping on. In the morning, take off the plastic wrap, take a shower to get the first layers of dead skin off and clean it really well with soap, cover with A&D as needed to keep it moist (no plastic wrap), repeat for about 3 days, then use unscented lotion as needed for about the next 2 weeks to keep it moist and from scabbing over. It may start to itch and also may shed another layer of skin. Treat it as an open wound - make sure to wash your hands really well before touching it to prevent infection and stay out of pools/hot tubs/the sun/etc. until it is healed. Cover with high SPF sunscreen if out in the sun.
