This first of three double CD volumes featuring non-album tracks taken from KMFDM’s 12" vinyl singles, CD singles and alternate versions of albums. All songs have been Digitally Remastered and the release includes a 24 page Deluxe Booklet containing cover art from every album and single from which cuts were taken (most by famed KMFDM cohort Brute!), never before seen photos of the band from the time period, release history info for all tracks, previously unavailable complete recording information and credits and more.
Kill Mother Fucking Depeche Mode, sounds good [;)]. Not gonna buy it i already wore out kmfdm heard every song a million times and Tohuvabohu waz a joke.
“Adios” would have been a decent way to end KMFDM. Not that I hate everything 2002 and on, but it’s definitely not the KMFDM of the Eighties and Nineties.
Great fuckin’ album. Love Skold and Ogre’s vocal contributions (especially “That’s All” and “Rubicon”), “Witness” KICKS ASS for all its bizarreness, and “Bereit” is such a good way to end an album.
Plus it’s definitely got one of the better Brute! illustrations on it.
Speaking of KMFDM, I just acquired “Opium.” WOW. I was expecting something FAR more primitive and cacophonous… this album is actually way ahead of it’s time.
Tohubavohu, Hau Ruck and the remix album are pure unadulterated pish!
This is a band i got bored of years ago…in fact i sold ALL of their records/cd’s. The only one i couldn’t sell on ebay was WWIII? No one would buy it???
Black Sabbath and Pish Floyd suffered the same fate years ago…altho i do sometimes regret getting rid of the first 6 Sabbath albums…that passes fairly quick though s soon as i put on some DEVASTATING DUBSTEP!!![cool]
Think everything kmfdm’s done since adios has been pretty hit or miss. There’s a few songs I really like on attak, a few on wwiii, and couple on hau ruck, and a couple on tohuvabohu (the title track is great). Kinda wish sascha would just ditch the two guitarists and start from scratch again. He works well by himself, and he’s got lucia for backing/lead vocals. The guitars are just tired and boring now. The best moments off the last album were the electronic songs, the guitar stuff is just…overdone…
Not saying he should do another Money or Naive, but I think there are definitely other realms of possibility than the one he’s always circling around in.
I think the revolving roster really helped keep things fresh on all the albums up to adios. Then they kinda stuck with the same players and we’ve been getting the same results since, which is a hit or miss depending on the person listening

I agree. Back in the day you had even ogre showing up on a couple of albums and so on. It was very interesting. Now it’s just the same medocre musicians
