Skinny Puppy In Solvent See Setlist

Great Zeus, I want to see Skinny Puppy.

Well, now I wish I’d gone.

Well, now I wish I’d gone.

As someone commented on Litany this morning the crowd was nice 95% awesome fans, and 5% douchebags starting fights in the front. Other than that there was a good vibe the whole night once the show started and the initial confusion of the stage situation was over. I saw lots of older folks there along with the younger fans who knew all the words to the new stuff which was cool. Seriously I would rank this show above even the Last Rights tour.

Meh… why don’t they come to Australia… now I have another band to complain about.

it’ll be nice to have a face to face with my old friend ogre.

$30 well spent. Again, the sound was incredible.

The feed on the monitor above the box kept cutting in and out but the other three projectors the club normally uses to advertise coming attractions were projecting what was going on in the box up on the wall.

After he came back on stage all cleaned up and right before he sang the encore, he chewed security’s arse over their dressing room and people wandering the upstairs backstage hallway looking for the restroom.

I’m so torn on going to this show tomorrow or not. I’ve never listened to much Skinny Puppy, but casually like what I’ve heard, which is pretty much just Too Dark Park. I’d probably like the show, but I danno if it’s worth the jaunt or not.

Just grow a pair and go. Honestly…

I know I know. But altogether with bus and hotel fees it’d run me around $175 which I could use to buying a ticket to the first night of ATP in NYC next year so I can see SLEEP.

show last night in austin was really great. everybody’s right about marshall doing sound. there was some delay for soundcheck because of the stage at emo’s being too small, but that got worked out.probably around 700 people there.
good crowd. saw josh bradford. and paul barker.

Paul Barker is awesome… dude.

You should’ve dropped a lot of hints for Paul to hire Josh to replace the dull-ass USAA singer.

guys… i went to the wild Atlanta show. I kept an eye out for you rev. i did not know until after the face that hi watt marshall did sound. cool thing tho is that i did notice it sounded great… and when i found out it was in fact him (day after show) i got more stoked that i made it to the show.

you guys should go. when they played in atlanta - no william morrison on guitar.

Yes no Bill Morrison this time around, which brings the show back to the more traditional SP stage set up.

Atlanta was indeed wild, packed to the gills in the Loft. The Center Stage pulled some pretty unethical crap moving SP and selling more tickets for Switchfoot, but oddly enough it made for a very intimate show. My hats off to the guys for not letting the Atlanta fans down, and going ahead with the show instead of cancelling. Best SP show I’ve seen since Too Dark Park seriously.

Not with my throat all sliced to pieces like this. Bad, bad cold, holmes. Eeeesh.

special ed, YEE. [:)] I really should whore more stuff out there. I’ve got like three years worth of decent material gathering dust and succumbing to the elements. Plus a few of Al & Paul. Seriously, Ministry was my LIFE in high school.

Bummer man. Well, I hope you feel better, I’ll post a review on Monday.
