Tales from the Crypt was awesome …loved it…
Has anyone seen the Creepshow series on Shudder? Been curious about that one since I’ve always loved that film…

I tried. It’s terrible. Made it three episodes.
And I love the first two movies.
I second what acid said. I had them DVRd for a while but I never got past the 3rd episode. It was supposed to be all great because the special FX guy for walking dead was doing it (greg nicotero, I think is his name) but the stories were shitty.
Yes, Greg N.
A massive disappointment. Ultimately a budget thing, in this case.
Bummer…I had high hopes…
Btw,Creepshow 3 is one of the biggest cinematic turds to ever rear its ugly head…avoid at all costs…but I would suggest checking out Just Desserts which is a doc about the making of the original Creepshow…it is an awesome watch for fans that is only let down by the fact that Stephen King isn’t featured in it…but plenty from Romero and Savini…highly recommended…
Thanks for the heads up…Ordered Creepshow 1 (Collections) and the Doc.
Cool, man …let me know what you think about the doc…its a good time…
Tales of the Crypt starts with the history of the comic (s)…didn’t know those comics were banned in the 50’s. Interesting history prospective.
I had no idea they were banned either…gonna have to read up on that…
I watched Creepshow I and the bonus footage as well Just Desserts. Both very cool to watch and learn the behind the scenes stuff. BTW, Creepshow’s visual and sound upgrades fucking rock!
I know not everyone enjoys the bonus stuff but I do…hehe.
Thanks again for the heads up QB.
Awesome ,man…glad you enjoyed them…yeah the Creepshow blu really pops off the screen…big step up sound wise also…no doubt…
The new Mortal Kombat movie was pretty good. I was surprised, to be honest.
Knightriders was spoken about a lot…ever seen that QB?
You’re the second person I’ve heard say that.
I’d read nothing but horrible reviews from the critics though.
It passed the time. That’s about as positive as I can be re: MK.
Yeah i have seen it…it has its moments but is ultimately a bit of a slog…bizarre concept …not one of Romeros best imo…I wasn’t nuts about The Crazies either…I actually prefer the remake of that one…but most of his other stuff I dig(aside from his later Zombie films)…ever see Martin? That one is was underrated…
Tenant (a black James Bond guy with some trippy altering of time)
I didn’t know what to expect and I liked it.
Inxs Live Baby Live (4K Ultra HD)
They delivered the gig of their lives at London’s Wembley Stadium on Saturday, 13th July 1991 to 74,000 ecstatic fans.
This masterclass in showmanship and musicianship has been painstakingly restored over a twelve-month period from the original 35mm negative in 4K, and is now presented in cinematic widescreen for this first time ever.
The restored version was created by shot-by-shot repositioning to get the best out of the frame. To accompany the astonishing visual upgrade, the audio was also remixed in full Dolby Atmos.
