This is craziness. Itās 2020 and black people are still being killed by the police and any dick head with a gun. Frankly, Iām shocked to see the killing officer get any kind of discipline let alone being arrested and charged with murder. They usually sweep shit like this under the carpet and say ānope no charges it was all by the book.ā
George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, Breonna Taylor. Taylor is the worst situation (as if one of these could stand out out as more terrible) Cops break into her apartment in plain clothes at 1am, Boyfriend with a registered fire arm shoots at what he thinks are home invasion thieves. The police return fire killing her and take him into custody for attempted murder!! What kind of bullshit is that? So, now they canāt even sleep in their own apartment while black?! WTF?!! What happened to the āgood guy with a gun?ā Oh yeah heās being charged with attempted murder on police officers. I noticed the NRA was pretty silent on this.
Whatever judge signed that search warrant needs to be arrested too as an accessory to murder. Oh, yeah no drugs in that apartment either. If they had the place staked out so well why didnāt they serve the warrant when no one was home? Cause they were looking to kill someone thatās why.
I havenāt been keeping up with the aftermathā¦ I hope theyāre not burning their own neighborhoods to the ground but city hall and the rich gated neighborhoods. Although, I did read that they burned down 3 of the 5 police stations in minneapolis (?) Who can blame them?
Itās been shown to be fake but there is a picture circulating of that cop that killed Floyd wearing a āMake America White Againā hat. But the fact that itās totally believable is already a problem, Yeah that belongs on the police force! That fucker needs to be homeless not being paid a cop salary!!

If you question the third guys role, watch the video and notice how he pulls into the left lane (from behind the other truck) to block Ahmaud from cutting back.
then Ahmaud Aubreyās mother has to accept that the former officer connected murderer was not arrested, then the cops write a report backing up the murderer. then the court system denies thereās reason to prosecute. not one entity along the way did anything. i donāt know man, iād be inclined to take the law into my own hands if i was in her shoes.

I sat down to write a longish Facebook post about the fact that this country is tearing itself to shreds, and kept deleting what I was writing because it was either too inflammatory or not inflammatory enough. Iām not a violent person, I wish this would all stop, but I wonāt lie: when Trump tweeted that his MAGA people should show up and deal with the protesters in DC, I kinda hoped they would. The sooner the civil war starts, the sooner itāll end. And thatās fucked up, because it means Iām buying into the countryās hateful rhetoric as much as they are!
This is too big for me to get my head around. So Iām going to stop trying. Iām going back to the cheap, crappy paperback horror novel that Iām reading, because at this point, haunted houses and cursed mountains are more comforting than CNN.

Thereās no real order to these protests and theyāre spiraling into riots and shit. Riots never worked, organized protests have. That said I get it, I get why theyāre flipping cars and starting fires but these people need to ask themselves do you wanna be terrorists or do you wanna be game-changers?
You can either demand change the right way or make an enemy of the state. The latter doesnāt bode well for your cause
What we need is a person or group at the helm to direct all this passion and zeal for change. A nexus we can all follow. Youād think in an era of connectivity weād have something like that. No protests in my city to my knowledge, but Iām not far from Scottsdale and holy shit is it anarchy. Unfortunately, Iām in quarantine for what turned out to NOT be coronavirus, thank Christ, but honestly, I wish I was out there getting my hands dirty for the cause. Just my luck. All the fun happens when Iām laid up.
Well, there seems to be some evidence that cops are taking a page outta Russiaās KGB playbook and sending in plain clothes cops to infiltrate a group and then Start breaking windows and starting violence to delegitimize the group. Thats not to say people arenāt being destructive and looting but there may not be as much or as bad if there wasnāt an example presented by the authorities.
If you recall the civil rights movement, demanding change the right way still made you an enemy of the state. And Some of my friends easily argue that you see how well that worked today. So whats the point? Malcolm X certainly has a point when he says you dont let the beat on you, you fight back. If that means looting and destroying the system that creates/furthers these conditions to still exist then i guess so be it.
I get it though, i think peaceful is still the way to go Because when you react your opposition gets to snap a picture of you in your fury and write whatever fiction they want to go with that story. You see it right now with people trying to justify the cops by pointing to the looting. If you dont fight back with violence then thereās never a creative writing assignment with a photograph to be had.
