The reactivated MINISTRY has scheduled the following U.S. tour dates for June 2012:
June 17 - Denver, CO @ Ogden Theatre
June 21 - Los Angeles, CA @ Club Nokia
June 23 - New York, NY @ Best Buy Theater
June 28 - Chicago, IL @ The Vic Theatre
June 29 - Chicago, IL @ The Vic Theatre
Denver, Los Angeles, New York and Chicago are the only US cities in which Ministry will be performing in 2012. We will not be adding any more cities to the Relapse 2012 Tour, as the band is scheduled to perform in Europe July 1st, 2012 (later announcement on city and venue).
Via our partnership with TurnUp Group, we are offering ticket packages at multiple price points, from single GA and VIP tickets to the Titanium VIP Package limited to six (6) tickets for the extreme Ministry fan to watch the band perform from Uncle Al’s private box.
Remember, Ministry Facebook fans and e-store customers will have ONLY one week of exclusive access to pre-sale tickets and VIP packages prior to the Public On Sale of September 23, 2011!!
GET YOUR SPOT RESERVED ON SEPT. 16th at 10AM VENUE TIME!
They’ll add more dates. This recent announcement of the limited US itinerary is to get everyone riled up only to have more options open to them later. It’s good business. Having never seen Ministry I’m willing to get my ass over to LA but I reserve hope that they’ll just come here instead.
PLEASE someone tell Al that his visage in this promo banner is really unappealing.
It is at Club Nokia so VIP probably means you get to chill in the upstairs area and get an assigned seat as opposed to general admission which is just downstairs/pit. Even if you have VIP/assigned seating you can get pit, they give out the pit wristbands on a first come first serve basis. I’ve showed up an hour after doors and they still have had them but you should probably show up earlier if you want one.
Cool. I’ll have to see how much of a price jump it is. I just want to have pit tickets and stay up front for most of the show anyway, so I don’t care about the chill area or massage room or whatever. But if it makes access easier, or gives me a better parking space or something . . . well, then we’re talking my language.
HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA !!!
Oh this makes Manson seem like such genius.
Yeah I thought that with the 3-4 year hiatus (or whatever it was) that Al might take stock and try some new artistic direction, even he was going to play the same stuff as before. But no, it’s the same Bush era highschool-anarchy crap as before.
I’ll tell you what’s not funny is they aren’t coming to San Francisco. They could really rock the Regency Ballroom. They should also have Butthole Surfers as the opener.
