HAHA!!! Most likely, Dude. I seem to get more ruined each time. I used to delude myself and say, “I’m gonna take things a bit easier this time.” But then as soon as I hear the band start I’m diving head first into a cesspool of violence and mayhem.
My wife, bless her soul, always tells me “Don’t get drunk, don’t go in the mosh pit, don’t get in any fights”, and then I break every rule given. I’m always bruised and limping the next day, and I typically just tell her . . . “Uhh, yeah, I was just dancing a lot.”
I always thought I’d mellow out with time, but at 41 years old, I’m more destructive and out of control than ever. I’m not really sure what’s wrong with me. I think I’m some mutant punk rock Benjamin Buttons or something.
