Dang. I can’t believe there’s 7 episodes I need to catch up on. I think I only watched the first one back in February.
Listening to some tracks from ‘From Beer to Eternity’ now. I like “Thanx But No Thanx” quite a bit. Happy to genuinely enjoy a nuMinistry tune.
This album fuckin’ rules. Also, I’m starting to feel a cramp in my liver.
Is anyone else kinda surprised that Ministry never wrote a song about aliens?
I like this album a lot too.
Even some of the tracks that I hated on first pass have kind of grown on me (i.e. “Permawar”, “Fairly Unbalanced”).
“Thanx But No Thanx” and “Change of Luck” are the standouts for me.
The new album is gay.
Gayer than a busload of gay IT office workers on their way to a Star Trek Convention - all wearing Dream Theater t shirts and listening to the Pet Shop Boys on the bus sound system.
That’s how gay.
I like this album. I love Change of Luck.
Disappointed Al said he would do a few shows for this to fund other projects, then change his mind.

Baboon 3 was hilarious to me because it was an exaggerated politically incorrect extension of my personality and we made music with it.
This BigMama groupie routine is not interesting to me other than that it’s successfully pissed people off and caused them to start quoting Bukowski or something in a failed effort to be “hip” again. (A hip replacement is more like it…)

This seems to be the norm. I ordered it through amazon and got my vinyl 2 days before the actual release date but i’m still waiting on the cd.

Weird. I ordered mine through Amazon as well and they sent the vinyl and CD in the same shipping box. I just got the standard CD though, no extra tracks. That may be why.
Picked up the bonus cd from best buy…got the last one. I’m enjoying it for sure.
