[reply]I’m not sure the guy in the cape is Dean. I think Dean is the heavyset man with the heavyset child.
Anyway, I once saw a kid of 13 or 14 shopping at a bookstore wearing a cape and a black metal t-shirt. He was there with his parents, probably thinking he was much more bad-ass looking than he actually is.
I hope the kid was wearing corpse paint and had a broadsword, or at least a sacrificial dagger?[/reply]
Nah, that would really be something though. Like the kid in Natural Born Killers sitting at the dinner table in his Kiss makeup.
Anyway, this was back in the late '90s. That kid’s gotta be 30 years old by now.
It might have been briefly mentioned but not much info. I was thinking he might join up once USA dates started but I guess not. I wanted to see what he could offer.
It was a great show in Dallas tonight. Will have a review up tomorrow or next day. I went VIP and it was totally worth it, the whole band and Al signed two of the EternaTour VIP posters, Al signed my RevCo LFG and Lard “Last Temptation” CDs, and I got a photo of me and Al.
According to some of the other 10 or so VIP’ers, Al told em new Lard will be “ready” in August and Surgical Meth Machine (is that what it’s called?) before end of the year.
Seriously? is this the whole merch booth? Is that $10 dollar thing under the “the life keeps slipping away” shirt just a poster of Al? or is it a concert poster promoting the venue? maybe the long sleeve and the hoody are cool but those short sleeve shirts suck. pretty stupid to have the mind skull on a shirt when he probably played no mind songs…(aside from so what)
It’s an EternaTour poster and for $10 is pretty legit. Saw Social D recently and their smaller poster was $20. They played Thieves and So What from Mind. Thieves got the biggest reaction of the night, NWO number 2.
I dig the design on the “Life Keeps Slipping Away” shirt.
Yeah,I liked that one the most when I was at the show last week…unfortunately, long sleeve shirts in South Florida just aren’t very practical…I might get to wear it 3 days a year…

It’ll stay looking new…
I know I’m jaded but all the merch designs look pretty lazy to me. I’ll pass. Anyway, I just bought a bunch of bootleg shirts in Mexico city for $4-$5 a piece, so I’m set for a while.
