I’ve only heard one Lou Reed song, but it was that one with the most terrifying video I’ve ever seen. This might kick ass.
I like “Load” (even though I currently don’t own it). If someone thinks Metallica is a “thrash” band and should only play accordingly, then, yeah, this album is gonna dissappoint severely. But if you put aside that macho metal man denim-vested childishness and accept that you’re gonna listen to some SOUL music, then all will be fine.
I’ll have to pull up some Re-Load tracks to even remember what’s on that album other than “Fuel” and “Memory Remains” neither of which do much for me.

again, I was only a passing fan of that song, and I only “liked” her at the end because of the novelty of not knowing. Now that I know the magic is gone. I don’t think I like that song anymore.
