No sweat off my back. I’ve never dug that tune. I think the lryrics are dumb and the song is beyond simple, usually simple is catchy but not in this case. I think the song is only slightly better than Brick Windows. the only two songs I don’t really care for on Filth Pig. I guess for what it’s worth I don’t generally skip over Lava I just wait for it to end it’s kinda a short song whereas I never play Brick Windows. As far as I am concerned the CD is over at Lay Lady Lay. But hey, to each his own. If I feel “jipped” at all (Which I don’t) it would be because The Fall is missing. But not too big of a disapointment and as I wrote early, for me, Lava isn’t missed for a second
so I’m still stoked.

Really? where is the appeal in that song? the whole album is low and heavy and then here comes brick windows that’s all loud and twangy I do like the lyrics but I can’t get over the actual music. I think it ruins the whole mood of the album. But again, to each his own.
