“Dark Side…” is probably my second favorite Ministry LP… simply because you could literally FEEL the smack flowing through your veins as soon as you put it on. Shame Al cut out the sax and other errata. I’d kill to get a copy of the unbutchered stuff… and Happy Dust.

I asked a friend of mine who is a journalist to ask him if we ever had the chance to hear the first version of DSOTS, and he replied that he never heard of that version and that if such a version exists, he wanted some money for the copyright.

Speaking about Merzbow, I really like the collaboration with Genesis P. Orridge, I just love his voice. I like to listen to and focus on that record, the absence of any rythm, makes me trip

Did anybody else notice that the live version of “Beers Steers and Queers” from last year more or less incorporates “Happy Dust”?

I thought I noticed that too when I was at the show… kind of a Spaghetti western guitar thing…

there are also extended versions of Step and Nursing Home. Step is awesome and Nursing Home is so-so, i mean the extensions in Step are really noticeable but not so in Nursing Home.

Go buy, it New Person! It can be found on the Bad Blood Single and the Japanese Import of Dark Side… It’s also the music played at the starting of the Sphinctour when you see al walking around in his Knight’s Hat( the trumpet is the most noticable thing about this. instrumental)

We do Share stuff, but it’s between regulars, not so much with people that just show up and pretty much say, “GIMMIE!” too bad so sad if you are a lurker but i don’t think anybody on the board knows you.

Bad Blood Singles for .99 Cents Plus you get all of the legitimate art work and not just a crappy download from Itunes or FSP. Hey if you guys want to share help your self.
