[reply][reply]Well Goonar IS orthographically similar to that old chestnut “coofin,” so let’s go with it, I say.
I like the Takeshi Kitano avatar, watched Beyond Outrage a couple of weeks ago, not as good as the first one but still very good.[/reply]
Oh yeah it’s difficult to top the original there…if you get a chance ‘Violent Cop’ is a great earlier work of his that’s heavy on the black humor. And ‘Sonatine’ is also very good if you want an unorthodox take on gangster drama.
The scene from which I grabbed the avatar features one of my favorite all-time contradictory statements: “I’m not disrespecting you, asshole!”[/reply]
Yeah, i saw Sonatine in the cinema, i have that, Violent Cop, Brother, Hana Bi and Outrage, maybe some others, on dvd and blu-ray. You can guarantee at least one scene at the beach and a shooting or other explosive act of violence to just happen unexpectedly. He’s a great director, i like his sense of humour.
If someone posts something about a band you dislike like Godflesh for instance then be sure to ignore the poster just so he knows he’s out of line.
This might be the single most hilarious complaint about me that Olsen has brought forth. Not only does he cry when I say I don’t like or understand something that I don’t like or understand, he gets his little feelings hurt when I respectfully decline from commenting on such bands.
I guess we are all supposed to just clap at every inaccessible artist and musical composition that Olsen thinks is amazing, regardless of how boring or unlistenable we find them.
Ironically, though, if this were to happen and he saw that everyone liked it, he’d probably see that it had some sort of mass appeal and must therefore be mainstream garbage. He’ll then change his mind and decide that it is conformist shit and that you are all a bunch of sellout wagon jumpers.
By the way, Olsen, can you please answer my questions about what going to a King Diamond concert REALLY means? And what does it mean to be a true believer of King Diamond?

It would be much appreciated.
Thanks!
I know you were addressing Olsen personally, but I think I know the answer to this one.
Going to a King Diamond concert, AND being a true believer in same, basically means that wherever you go is the House of Satan.
And if it’s not…well you’re sure as hell…gonna MAKE IT the House of Satan!!!
Other than you hating my guts and planning my demise, not much. Pretty much the same old shiznit around here. I’m still awesome. Olsen is a big crybaby. Grumpysmrf is the most hated man in the Universe. You know . . . pretty standard stuff.
I hope you’ve been well, Dildo. Last you checked in with us I think you were doing corporate gigs and such and writing classical music in the downtime. I hope all is well.

Sorry I just had to re-post that. Look at those buttcheeks. They’re almost…hypnotic.
So…while we’re waiting for round 3 to begin…what else can we talk about? Any suggestions??
What about pets?? Are you guys dog or cat people? I like cats personally. Cats are strange. It’s like there’s some big cosmic joke that they’re all in on and are keeping it from us. And they’re so damn smug about it.
I prefer dogs, but we have a cat.
I don’t hate cats. I just don’t particularly care. If it was up to me I’d probably not have any pets just because they’re kind of a pain in the ass. I am pretty good at holding falcons. If y’all want to see a picture of how good I am at it just let me know.
Pizza . . . I LOVE pizza. I can’t tell you really what my favorite kind is because I pretty much love everything on it. I love to put bacon and jalapeno on my pizza. I also really love a nice margherita pizza (tomato, basil, cheese, not a whole lot else).
There’s a new pizza chain growing down my way called Pieology. It’s kind of like Chipotle in that they just run it down the assembly line and let you choose as many toppings as you like. I just kind of go “Yes, yes, yes, yes . . .” to almost everything but I’ve been gradually refining my combos as I find some things that can really be game changers on the grand pizza scheme. But, yeah, PIZZA RULES!
That sounds awesome!!!
my fave is sausage and onion but my wife can’t do onion So I don’t get that combo all that much, but jalapeno bacon sounds even better.
