This is Chris, the one that wrote the abovementioned book: well, it is availbale in the UK, on the usual sites like Amazon UK. I am told it is en route to the US as we speak, so it’ll be in the shops early January.
I hope everyone enjoys it as much as I enjoyed writing it, and that it is taken in the spirit of humour with which it was intended, ultimately, as the title suggests, it is my story, and my recollections of a bizarre time in my life, so I did not dig up studio logs, etc. etc. and interview every last person surviving that time, that’s someone elses job, someone who was not one of the players!
