am excited to see Front 242 again (saw them @ retrospecticle, same venue, so it should be awesome.
Fear Factory, though? Burton was @cold waves 2 for some reasons last year, and came out to sing some song and didn’t even know the words and contributed nothing to the song he was onstage for that i saw. i don’t even remember what band or what song. Kinda “meh” about them at this point.
Hoping to see Revco /cocksure/bells into machines on the list. one or any combination of the 3 would suffice.
if you guys don’t get “cocks” i bet chris will give you cock-strong.
Chicago is pretty far for me, I wonder if Front 242 could also be playing in Toronto or Montreal this fall?
I was planning to attend as well. Missed last year but made it in 2012. A lot of guys from the old Cold Wave scene make sure to attend.
There is a rumor that a band wasn’t invited back this year that played the last 2 years. Any guesses? 16 Volt, Hate Dept, Clay People?
I know Burton was def having a good time last year and is friends with The Clay People and (probably) Jason Novak… If I remember correctly, he sang with Prong, Cocks Members, Iron Lung Corporation and Bile… He even mentioned that meeting Chris Connelly was a huge fanboy moment for him…
…and there is one act that will not be invited back. But I’m not saying anything!

I will be trying for 2-day tickets.
I bought my Friday night ticket and one for the Thursday party. I’m still up in the air as to Saturday. I’m not a huge Front 242 fan, though I would like to check out Cocksure.
*edit, just saw that the F242 VIP sold out in less than ten minutes! Ihope everyone was able to buy what they needed!
