I apparently don’t like anything Al does anymore, but I guess I am most disappointed by this because I always imagined it would be ‘Al out of his element.’ I guess I was hoping for a more organic, old school country sound from a guy who is usually up to his ears in distortion and technology.
You know it’s too bad Al and Rey Washam are’nt on good terms he would have been perfect for this. But yeah i like most think the second worst part of this is the drums,though i DO like it. I think we all keep forgeting that Dave ‘Slayer’ Lambordo is apart of this so it can’t ALL be prgmd drums
Dave lombardo is part of this project? that guy lives in my town! his kid used to go to the Jr. High where I used to teach!

30 years in the making and this is what we get?! I can’t remember if I’ve posted on this already but Al has sunk lower. If Rape & Honey is the album he’s most proud of then make another one of those. Only person who can mix industrial and country right is Raymond Watts
