I’d love to hear them COMPLETE and do think it adds to the sound’s legitimacy. Ward had such a weird and unique jazzy and freeform style of playing.
To be honest, any competent drummer can be plugged into that spot for touring and most of the audience won’t care a bit and it’ll still sound good.

MetalTalk.net understands that Bill’s replacement will be Tommy Clufetos from the Ozzy Osbourne band.

Black Sabbath is delaying their reunion and replacing it with “Ozzy and Friends”:
These “first ever” OZZY & FRIENDS shows will feature appearances by “special guest” musicians including GEEZER BUTLER (who will join Ozzy for a special BLACK SABBATH set as a show of respect and support to their friend, Tony Iommi) and longtime former OZZY band member Zakk Wylde. In addition, OZZY will be accompanied by longtime collaborator and friend Slash at select shows, with other “special guests” set to join the tour at various stops along the way.
It’s about time Slash gets the proper exposure he is due.

I caught Judas Priest’s last big tour last october and BLS was there. I had to sit thru the longest and most repetitive guitar solo ever, courtesy of Zakk. It felt like it took up a third of the set. Added to the fact that the Concord Pavillion (now Sleep Train) has shitty sound now. It was excrutiating. I even had to move to the middle of the lawn for Priest. But back on topic, Zakk is highly overrated. He has his moments but he doesn’t have shit on Gus G, who’s playing for Ozzy now. Gus is actually a Metal guitarist as opposed to Zakk who makes that one fucking sound with his guitar in every song.
