I want to put landmines on my front yard!
Does the constitution say a flint lock musket?
That’s all that arms were during the time of writing the constitution so in a sense, yeah, the constitution does say a flint lock musket.

My reply was that you are an idiot for suggesting that the founding fathers didn’t have the brains to think that technology would progress. The don’t say muskets. They say arms, which could include anything from cannons to machine guns to machetes. Yet, idiots like you are squabbling over whether or not a rifle is OK if it holds 10 rounds but should be considered illegal if it holds 11 rounds.[/reply]
Did they fuckin’ say “cannons,” “machine guns” and “machetes?’” no they didn’t, so by the same “argument” you had for me, you are an idiot.
The first part of the second amendment is “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State…” I don’t know if you and your people are wilfully stupid or just illiterate or think the rest of us are stupid or illiterate but WE THE PEOPLE have a well regulated militia. it’s called the armed forces. So, based on the writing of the second amendment that you and your crazy gun nut weirdos pray to
#1 there is no reason for ordinary citizens to have guns. because we have a well regulated militia with the armed forces and nobody wants to down grade military weapons or their access to them and
#2 a bunch of fuckin’ retards with guns shooting at every goddamn thing they’re afraid of or up set at is hardly the definition of a “well regulated militia.”
did you graduate any sort of school? or was your entrance into the armed forces at a time when the navy would take any stupid fuck up?

National Guard is the other - State militia.
On the note of ordinary citizens having guns:
Believe it or not, smrfy, there are still people who go hunting for wild meat products (outside of the grocery store) in order to feed their families.
In order to obtain a license to hunt these wild animals, many of these wild game hunting-types have had to prove they have been through firearms safety and wilderness survival training.

I’m well aware of these people which is why I’m not totally 100% anti gun. I also understand the false sense of security that some people need in their home but if they don’t get that after 5 guns they ain’t ever gonna get it and they should use the money they get from selling their guns back to a dealer to help pay for psych lessons.

I’ve seen these people. the most famous one being some professor from Florida, although in his defense he didn’t say it didn’t happen he just said it didn’t happen the way the news has been reporting that it happened.
on more gun news, more campus shootings
