Alleged Relapse tour setlist

Hahaha…I remember when I posted an AWESOME setlist and folk were furious when they discovered they were getting their legs pulled.

Bastard. I remember that. Had Over The Shoulder and stuff on it if I remember correctly.

There’s just no way Ministry would not play ‘Abortive’ on this tour.

That is a fucking fact.

Gunnar is on the $ with his photo. Look on the bright side: by the time the first encore arrives I think any self respecting fan should be drunk enough to get down to those songs and forget the wash of Bush trilogy/Relapse crap you just endured.

Glad this was spoiled to me before I made any real consideration of buying tickets. Thanks!

Setlist was correct in Denver, except no “No W” and no “Hero”

^
Sonuvabitch! I was really looking forward to “Hero”.

The most surprising thing about this setlist is that it doesn’t look like they’re trying to get a live album out of it. Especially with this being a smaller tour that most fans won’t have a chance to attend, and possibly the final tour, it could have been a decent seller on CD… but with most of the tracks the same as Adios Puta Madres, it’ll be seen as a joke if they ever do release one. I guess that won’t necessarily stop them…

i thought CU latour was the final tour? and before that, it was whatever the name for RGB tour? and before that, something else?

al is an idiot. this tour sucks, the album sucks, and the “videos” for them are even more horrifying.

go fucking shoot some heroin and smoke some crack, seemed like your brain functioned better, al.

Bummer. No live CD where he says “STOP” after every riff.

me too.

It makes more sense to do a retrospective set list, if this is the final tour, why not celebrate the entire 30 years? I’m sorry but the main fanbase is centered around 80s and 90s material. Why not change it up and draw in all the different types of fans? Personally, how awesome would it be to hear Effigy and Lava back to back?

I made a mistake… “No W” was played… not sure how I missed it. That would make “Hero” the only song in that original list posted here not played. The setlist was in the exact order too, so I’m guessing whoever got that list had the real deal. I’ll be uploading some of the concert to youtube tonight. If you guys are interested I’ll post some links.

How quickly did Al take to get winded this time around? 4 songs? 5? The rehearsal videos sounded decent. But I can’t do another C U LaTOUR, which is exactly what this is. Surprising, figured there would be more Relapse songs in there.

I’m sure there is an easy way to make these links clickable but I’m too tired to figure it out tonight. Here are videos from last night’s Denver show on my wife’s youtube…

Yikes, the Mind songs sound terrible. Thieves is a mess, and So What just isn’t the same without Chris on vox.

Maybe the Wacken show will be a best of… who knows? But I’m glad I waited to see the setlist for this tour before I shoved out the couple hundred to fly out and see them. I was at least hoping for Stigmata or Land of Rape and Honey… The only thing I think I’d be willing to buy left from the Ministry brand name would be remastered albums with extra tracks.

What kind of merch are the selling? Is there an opener?
Late,
grmpysmrf

The openers for the LA show are total poo. Blackburner (a couple of buttholes wearing gasmasks or something and playing Skrillex records) and Skumlove (some generic asspile of mallgoth industrial that apparently still thinks Orgy and Coal Chamber invented rock and roll). I’ll be busy not giving a rat’s ass during their sets.

I’m mad that NEW YORK gets Accrassacuada (a metal band from Baghdad, Iraq, as featured in the documentary film “Heavy Metal In Baghdad”). I would LOVE to meet those cats. They are the real deal.
