From the inclusion of Spurburn, I’m thinking it has something to do with the publishing rights of some of the old stuff. No idea on the details.

Perhaps if Paul set up a paypal address or something, there might be some contributions. Maybe a release of some unheard material as mp3/flac with a requested donation? I bet that Low And Slow Lead Into Gold EP would generate some interest in pitching n.

You think Al would even have a case? Chris Connelly posted in disgust towards Al and the Mrs. for accusing Paul of stealing once, but that doesn’t seem like that’s the case.

Yeah, Al’s real/full name is Alain, not Allen, but it’s the same pronounciation, isn’t it? So it’s probably just a typo, if even legit.

well mike scaccia was accused of stealing from them too, not that long ago. guess paranoia is ongoing in that camp. i heard this info WAS posted on PA and was taken down after like half an hour.
this crap reminds me of the lawsuit biafra had to go thru with his ex-bandmates. dragged and dragged and cost more money than most people make in a few years.

Need more info tho, I hate to say ‘looks like a money grab’ but that’s American Law these days. It doesn’t matter what happened, it’s always someone’s fault (not mine!) and they must be sued!
