I don’t know I think it’s fitting scenario for a guy who’s clearly lost all his juices, his mind and burned many bridges. Now that he’s more “alone” than he has been probably since he started he just looks like a helpless baby who can’t even handle his drink. Wuss! Ah no seriously I don’t think he merits sympathy. He’s done, forget about him. No one wishes any harm to him but I have no problem if he’s out of the fire and can do no harm to himself, dead/retired/nursing home.
And the wife… she’s something else. I think that snippet just about confirms where it all went wrong. But still Al’s got to take responsibility for everything he does, off his head or not.

Seems that a couple of years ago, while he was doing his best to get fit he suffered a severe injury and he’s never fully recovered from it.
The real shame, I suppose, is that his handlers still thought it was OK to try and drain as much from him as possible while they still had the chance. He might love being on the road, and maybe even thought it would be the last time he’d get the chance, but it’s obviously taking it’s toll on him. Hope he makes it home OK. And I really wish him all the best.

I’m told it was from a fall that he had while training outdoors and that he suffered some blunt trauma. As a result, he lost some motor skills and the ability to continue his physical rehab. That’s really all I know, and it’s second hand info at best.

That would explain why he seems drunk even when he’s got a “lower than normal” b.a.c.

10 years ago Al looked like he had hope and tranquility, after a year of marrying that yellow-tooth smoking woman he deterioted, emotionally, physically, spiritually. Angie is a hog, who wanted to be the star of the show who would push Paul out of the way or anyone to get the Limelight. Who the hell is this bitch, fans asked. We are here to see Ministry, and no one gave a damn who she was or could believe Al stepped down and married her, and practially ignored Paul and his band members who are broke and not being paid while feeding her. She thought people were at meet and greets to meet her. While Paul sat at a lesser table. She is uncouth for an older woman encouraging Al’s drunkeness, and herself being a drunk who can’t dance on stage with her fiddle. Smoke and wine causes ulcers and more bleeding and this videotape she smirks while giving the things that are killing Al while begging people to “FOLLOW ME” What the hell for, people are asking . No ONE can understand his control with this woman, Angie. You can tell he is not attracted to her from the front, except for her non-existant booty. Governor has some bold points and I’m having trouble disagreeing with any of them. What happened immediately after his well publicized rehab? It makes complete sense why Angie is an easy target for scorn around these parts if she’s effectively cut out the middle man (any intervening parties) through her management of Ministry and maybe being a catalyst in coaxing Al back into the recording/release/touring cycle.
The behind-the-scenes exposure we get isn’t even close to a full picture. No, I’m not going to preemptively mourn Al’s demise just yet, though he’s had so many close calls and physical trials that I’ll be damned if we ever see him in better condition than presently. Very sad.
