Ended up getting the song from itunes. All I really need. I just bought Al a 36th a shot of wine. Yeah, I pulled that number out of my ass, sue me.
Even if you factor in The Last Dubber as a $15 value, you’re now paying another $15 for the CD. Or perhaps you could think of it as $10 for the CD and $5 for some autographed posters and whatnot. It’s still too much for one song.
I’ll happily pay $.99 for a download though.
Yes, there are different ways to look at it. I look at it as a mediocre song for $0.99 and a $29.01 middle finger from the Jourgensens.

I just bought an AC/DC boxset for my nephew that has 2 full CD’s of rare studio, live, and demo tracks, a full DVD of videos, live concert footage, and “making of” featurettes. It also includes a booklet with a bunch of cool photos and memorabilia. It all comes in a package designed and shaped like an amplifier.
Oh, and it cost me $24.99 at Best Buy. That’s right, $5 less than Al wants to charge for A CD SINGLE, an autograph, and some 13th Planet floor sweepings.
You left out the best part about that AC/DC box set - it holds a few volts of charge…you can actually plug a guitar into it and play music out of it!
There’s actually two versions of that box set (I only found out about the deluxe one after seeking the photo of the one I bought). The one I bought is the poor-man version, I guess. About 9x6" or so (same size as a typical DVD box).
There’s another version that has also some vinyl in it, some picks, a bunch of other cool stuff and the box is actually a working amp. $200, but pretty much the coolest thing I’ve ever seen.
Check this out:
Looks like the acoustic mix of Wonderful World is exclusive to the single. I bought it for 99 cents.

Isn’t the acoustic mix an extra on Cover Up? Or is it something entirely different?

Probably is an extra on Cover Up.
They always seem to be recycling shit these days and pretending to give you something “new” as a treat or something.
Cover Up had the normal version, Fast and slow version. Possibly it’s an acoustic guitar? I never really thought that it would be just the slow version…
Extra tracks on Cover Up? I’d never know. I couldn’t even finish one full listen to that steaming pile of crap.

Oh you should! The last mystery track is Wilie Nelson covering a verse of Stigmata. Coolest thing on that CD!!!

I’m way too jaded nowadays to detect sarcasm. But I’m pretty sure I would have heard about this if it were true. Sounds awesome, but still not awesome enough to keep it from sucking.
No, it’s really on there! It’s track 69 it’s called “stigmatized” It’s a minute and 5 seconds

I don’t think it’s really Willie Nelson. It sounds more like the bus driver that does the country version of Marilyn Manson on their Smells Like Children e.p.
Really? A Willie Sound-a-like? I really hear it when he says “Look in your eyes”

don’t think the author of “crazy” would stoop to “delusional”.
Burton C Bell talked about that track in a video interview. It was just some guy in the midwest I guess that sends multiple acoustic covers to them and they decided to add that Stigmata cover.
Willie Nelson did a frigging amazing cover of Jimmy Cliff’s classic Reggae tune “The Harder They Come” on his Reggae album “Country Man”.
I was very impressed with Willie…infact I thought his cover of “The Harder They Come” was a mile better than Joe Strummer’s cover of it.
