Hm. Apparently it’s “Buck Satan and the Six-Six-Six-Shooters”. I think “Buck Satan and the Triple-Six-Shooters” sounds better.

new lard, new pailhead? i’m sad to say this, but my expectiations are very very low. same goes for new revco (heard three tracks from it in good quality)… as for buck satan, it’s probably still in the “planned stage” as always.

Lard will be great. Alot of the music on The Last Sucker would be fine as Lard in my opinion???

Pailhead…well if there’s no Ian it isn’t really Pailhead??? If there is Ian it’ll be a “Metal” Pailhead???

Revco will be crap.

Ian’s gonna take one look at Al and think to himself “I was totally right about the whole straight edge thing”.

Ian’s gonna take one look at Al and think to himself “I was totally right about the whole straight edge thing”.

That’s some funny stuff right there![laugh]

At this point, I’d rather hear new Fugazi than new Pailhead.

At this point I’d rather hear new Minor Threat than new Fugazi or Pailhead. [:)]

How about some new Embrace?

Sources have told me for a while that there will be no McKay on a Pailhead project anytime soon so I wouldn’t be too hopeful. At least a release with McKay on it.

Alot of the music on The Last Sucker would be fine as Lard in my opinion???

What’s with the question marks? Are you asking us if that’s your opinion?

new Lard and Pailhead is just bad news. In all fairness I wish Al would just fuck off and not show his face again.

new Lard - okay, that’s fine, I really thought Ass Clown should have went there anyway - and yeah some of the TLS songs would have been fine tracks for Lard as well.

Pailhead? Please, leave it alone!

Pailhead minus Ian?

NNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO…

[mad]

There should be a law that once a singer is out of a band they leave…

Very rarely is the replacement better
faith no more comes to mind but other than that i’m not thinking of any standouts

Van Halen (not actually BETTER, but just as successful financially)
Black Sabbath (the first two Dio albums were better than the last three Ozzy albums)
AC/DC
Fleetwood Mac (didn’t become successful until changing singers several times)
Iron Maiden
Black Flag
Revolting Cocks (Chris kicked Richard 23’s ass)

Now, keep in mind that Al hasn’t actually said anything about doing Pailhead without Ian. Seems like it would totally miss the point, which was essentially to do Ministry vs. Fugazi. Pailhead doesn’t have a history of a revolving lineup like RevCo.

Maybe he’ll just change the name to PHEAD and hand the band over to to Sin and Josh.

Genesis was much more successful with Phil Collins on vocals than Peter Gabriel.

Killswitch Engage has also done just as well with a replacement on vocals. However, they sound identical.

Blind Melon is out there touring right now with someone else, believe it or not. I bet he sucks.

Anthrax are now on their fourth vocalist…
