Sometimes when I’m bored and want a good laugh , I just look over at the Limp Bizkit online message board and then compare it to the average metal board.
They are by far one of cheesiest bands ever made. Fred Durst is beyond corny.

I’m not dissing Borland but could somebody link me to something that shows how supposedly “talented” Borland is compared to other members of the band?
Every time Limp Bizkit is brought up people go out of their way to bash the band but talk about how talented Wes Borland is. I seriously wanna see/hear this talent. I’ve yet to hear him do anything where I thought, “Fuck, he’s talented. Why is he in Limp Bizkit?” His style seemed to fit perfectly with the band.
wes at a guitar clinic somewhere in azn land.

that last one in particular is very much influenced by nin, imagery and music. kinda sounds like the fragile? that’s why i likez.
i personally love him as a guitarist because he doesn’t play boring stuff. i mean, even when he does, it sounds really good? i don’t know how else to put it. i seem to hate most guitarists, but not him.
Maybe Al can get DJ Lethal to remiXXX “Filth Pig” and “Dark Side of the Spoon”.
Check it out. Limp Bizkit finally has a studio recording of their terrible “Thieves” cover. This is at least good for rubbernecking, right?

If you’re a genuine fan, I guess there’s a free download.
I was always kind of indifferent to Limp Bizkit. Liked a couple songs, disliked a few others. I thought the “Faith” cover was pretty funny, and always killed live*.
That said, I saw them perform “Thieves” at the Family Values tour in '97 and I was horrified.
*From about '96 to '99, they seemed to open for every damn band I remotely liked. Faith No More, Helmet, Korn. . . So I’ve seen them perform an embarrassing amount of times.
made it 46 seconds, bleck!
Fred Derpst. Their live covers are always shit. Tool, Ministry, Janes Addiction. Even Deftones and Korn.
Hey, I like it. [rolleyes]

Hahah, pretty good. Just exercise and home renovations for the past month or so.
I really like this cover.
LOVE IT!!!
very flattering, plus it’ll drive Al nuts knowing I am getting $$$ for it, hilarious!!!

You could ask for payment in red caps and low-slung jeans so that you could be as cool as Fred Durst [:)]
I just listened to it, total fucking dogshit. If i remember right from Al’s book, he got paid for letting Fred Arse use his vocal set-up on this monstrosity, so he’d have no right to be pissed off at anyone else getting paid. He was in the room, he could have shot Durst and ended it all.

The more you diss Al, you just come off an angry ex girlfriend. Maybe learn from Barker and be the better man? at least in public.
PR 101
Your bitterness is reminding me of the weekend I spent with Daisy Berkowitz, former Marilyn Manson guitarist. It gets old quick.

What was the reason he left/was sacked from Marilyn Manson? I was never a huge fan of his style to be honest, but at least he did have his own distinct style. While i liked Zim Zum he didn’t really bring that much to the band. John 5’s an amazing player though, i don’t think he really got a chance to stretch himself while he was with Manson but i respected him much more after watching some of his videos on Youtube.
Can you recall much of Daisy’s moaning or did you manage to tune him out eventually?

thanks for the career advice, bitch, maybe I AM his bitter ex girlfriend, cyber slug
I like Chris’ open disdain. He shares his scorn with the world (instead of putting on a false air of civility or indifference) which I personally find to be more honest and relatable (yes, I say the same thing about Al). At least Chris is not hiding in his garage while letting his wife wage war on his behalf.
Oh, and instead of talking about writing a book that will never happen . . . Chris actually WROTE A BOOK.

Did you shoot this off as email to Al, too? Nobody goes all ex girlfriend more than Al when it comes to ex band members.
I like Chris’ open disdain.
Me too. I think it’s actually funny, rather than sad funny the way the grumblings of an angry drunk are spouted off in interview after interview.

The only one to do so, so far I might add.
