anybody try this shit? apparently it’s sold as plant food but will fuck you up like X or coke for some reason and it’s 100% legal in 48 states (although the article written by some uk music mag gets the info wrong and says it’s illegal all over the us)
although if youget drug tested on this stuff apparently it shows up like amphetamines
Wow, that sounds like a terrible idea.
Haha interesting…in my wildest days I might have been up for this if handed it. Don’t think I’ll be ordering it. Sounds a bit too shady. Funny it’s apparently getting all this press…this is the first I’ve heard of it.
any drug that results in me ending up in bed with two hot women gets my vote (y)
most drugs started out legal and were eventually banned or controlled by governments. even heroin, LDS and cocaine were once legal.
so this could be another one of these drugs that is just about to get banned worldwide.
well heuy lewis was happy to hear about this shit
After only four gigs this year, I’ve noticed a funny pattern emerging.
The bands with the most boring, derivative, draining, poorly played music have all gotten up there either drunk/stoned/on E.
The bands with the music I like who play well generally seem to consist of teetotallers. Don’t get me wrong, a few of them like a drink or a bit of weed here and there, but none of them are really that into it. The ‘party animals’ don’t seem to have had one person who was a talent of any note.
Not trying to come across as ‘drugs is bad mm’kay’ or one of those self righteous straight edge pricks, but it’s just a pattern I’ve noticed and have yet to seen it broken.
Don’t get me wrong… I used to really… really… like to… errr… ‘party’. But I guess the ‘romantic’ notion of the talented drunkard/druggo is a bit overstated.

well that’s called professionalism. Knowing when to have your fun and knowing when it’s time to work.
It’s kinda fucked up and weird when you ask a kid what they want to do for a living when they grow up and they answer famous. Like it’s a job. and music and acting are like the 2 big ones that people look at as just ways of being a drunken/fucked up and/or arrogant concieted person and being paid for it…
example take manson (please take manson…i kid) anyway, back when he was on his way up pre-acs he was mostly anti-drugs. i mean he stayed relatively clean for shows and kicked gidget out for being a junkie… he took his craft seriously and the music reflected that… then he kinda did the ironic rock star druggie thing on mechanical animals, then the irony faded to reality and the music turned to shit as compared to what it was. and now this is somebody who had talent (IMO).
Nowadays it seems all these upstarts are ready to live the cliche before they even make it. So they don’t.
not to put down drugs. but they’re 2 mentalities. example: “what are we doing tonight?” let’s smoke a blunt and go see a movie (drug use, but productive)
example b: what are we doing tonight “smoking weed”
so one is a path to something else, while the other is just an act unto itself.
eh nevermind
I separated my things. I worked and did what I had to do, but when I was out of there, I was off to go get as fucked up as I could and afford. Sadly, the two began to interfere with one another, and eventually it became a good idea to quit one.
