have you guys ever been sitting at your bar and over heard a conversation between a douche and some chick. maybe its their first date, or maybe he’s just met her. but man, some shit that comes outta some-guys mouth. shocking. and the women that go for it - i have no sympathy for.

Agreed. I see this all too often - girls who seem like they wouldn’t go along and accept it but do. At first I thought in many cases, it is a joke on their part to go along with it. But they are serious. Sad - really is, that they limit themselves to men like that.
I suppose the good thing for them is that if it does not work out with one douche it may work with one of the other million.

ugh… I live by a school and it’s like the second these miiddle school kids get out of class they’re on the phone texting everybody and anybody… one crowd on one side of the street, another on the opposite side, texting each other… just fucking walk across the street damnit… ugh technology sucks the soul
I agree with you. Text messaging, cell phones, internet chatrooms, forums, and myspace have changed the way people interact. It’s great that people far away and with similar interests can find each other but I want to smack some of these people who can’t go 5 mintes without text messaging someone, though.
Yeah social disconnect. How many times are you out somewhere, and you see someone amongst a few of their friends, just texting away on the cellphone? A lot - sad. I get furious when people constantly do it around me and call people out for it.
Yeah, I have a friend who has a seriously, bad habit with that. You could be at a bar, or sitting in a room with a couple friends talking, and the entire time, she’s got a cell in her hand, checking the thing constantly. I get texts, and I respond, but I at least try to avoid doing that as much as possible.

and i have owned a cellphone for many years, but when it’s time to TALK to other people,i acknowledge those peeps and get off the phone.not difficult.
I just got a cell phone for the first time last year mainly for emergencies. The only texts I recieve are from cell phone company advertisements [:(] When I worked at one of the big box retail companies in the break room the only thing people would discuss is their cell phone plans and show off what new phone they had. Its like those studies they did of two people in a car, and one of the them is talking on a phone, the other person oftentimes becomes annoyed, agitated, or depressed.

For the most part do you really think these women are hearing what these guys say? These women are men in the fact that all these women want is a trophy to hang on to. They only hear the sound of their own voice “oh my god he’s so hot, oh my god he’s so hot, Oh my god he’s so hot”
Only later in life when they start to lose their looks (although still attractive, just not “beautiful people” attractive) do they realize that the “non hottie” is the guy that is going to make them feel they want to feel and treat them the way they want to be treated.
what sux is the “non hotties” NEVER hold these chicks accountable. and when the “hotties” get ejected from the “beautiful people” scene where do they go? to the “non hotties” who take them with open arms as if they’ve won some sort of contest!! these chicks get the best of both worlds, they get to fuck the “hotties” and then get taken care of by those that they completely rejected in the first place.
Karma would say that these chicks/people (i’ve been saying chicks this whole time but really it goes both ways) that have been rude as fuck to everyone would end up alone and miserable because who wants to be with a chick who has been used and discarded by the “hottie scene”? but no!! unfortunately many of these “not so hotties” will take a recently ejected member of the “hottie scene” because they feel like they’ve scored something brilliant and the chicks that used to shun these guys get off scott free.
If anything keeps high school mentality alive and well it’s these sad people that have nothing going for them except the way they look! I am now done with my “fuck people with their arrested high school mentality” diatribe
