i am really enjoying this, listened to multiple times a day over the past few days. The Om track is awesome, the vocals remind me of one of the tracks from Sleep’s Holy Mountain, its fast and intense compared to what i know of om. Current 93 are bizarre, listening to this song is like drowning but lowder.
Les Rallizes Denudes - Yodo-go-a-go-go
Compliation from this bizarre old japanese psyche/stoner type band. This is actually my intro to them, having read about them a few years ago but only now hunting down a record. This is really awesome, fuzzy guitar freakout type stuff, thats lo-fi in all the sweetest ways to these ears. Very highly recommended, and the bass player hijacked a plane!

Rather uncharacteristic of me, I know, but I’m spinning the best of Muddy Waters.
olsen - that joe preston solo record is some of my favourite shit ever, pure harrowing noise bliss followed by a lengthy tract of meaty doom! a great listen, a great companion to the eggnog ep.
Plus, Avatar is by far my favorite record by comets, i also have blue cathedral and field recordings from the sun (maybe my favorite album title ever, but still a recording that has never really grabbed me), i really appreciate the direction they have taken which is strange considering its less noisy, its just really beautiful stuff.
Right now i’m listening to Sleep’s Holy Mountain!
