I’m a huge fan of the Fripp / Sylvian live album, Damage. Absolute 5 star gem.
Baselines I think I have somewhere in my ever growing (1100 and counting) cd collection…
Yeah Fripp and Sylvian were a great match…
Yeah Laswell made better solo albums as time went on but I was in the mood for that good early 80s downtown NY sound and that one is a perfect pick for that vibe…

Trent Reznor & Atticus Ross, CHALLENGERS [MIXED] by Boyz Noise
WOW. Even though it’s short and mostly instrumental, it’s their best soundtrack since “The Social Network,” and up there with the best NIN material released since Trent came back from his hiatus.

I’ve been really into that one too. Reznor/Ross soundtracks were exciting at first, but then they just became wallpaper like most movie scores. This guy’s remixes injected some life into this one.
