[reply]Nativity In Black - A Tribute To Black Sabbath

That’s a good one. I think that’s where I first heard 1000 Homo DJs.[/reply]
The ACDC tribute Razed in Black is where I heard a lot of stuff for the first time; Die Krupps, Godflesh, Genitorturers…

Lately I’ve been youtubing live Roxy Music performances.
I like the older footage vs the newer, as the tempo isnt sped up.

New Megadeth…so far much much better than super whatever.

What counts as mtv era Roxy Music? That band was way before me, and I didnt grow up with cable…

Their work is worth checking out. I like how bleak the lyrics are.
I’ve been listening to Parquet Courts too. They remind me of Devo and the strokes.

New Massive Attack - Ritual Spirit
Tricky’s back!

the Prisoners - TheWiserMiserDemelza & 7

Mainly their 80s stuff from Flesh + Blood and Avalon. Personally, I think both are great. The first couple they did with Brian Eno are solid as well.

I still can’t tolerate his lyrics, but the band’s name is Megadeth, so it’s not like I’m going there for cutting edge commentary on current events. But the music is light years ahead of “Super Collider.” I suspect you can thank Chris Adler (Lamb Of God), who guests throughout, for the increase in quality.

Saul Williams - MartyrLoserKing
Little Shalimar - Rubble Kings: The Album
Anthrax - Spreading The Disease
Neil Diamond - Greatest Hits

Well, new Megadeth is much better than super colonic, however it pales in comparison to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q__ozbrEDh0

HAHAHAAHAHAHA!!!
Super Colonic!!!
Classic.

There was some post in this thread with funny turkish heavy metal band but I can’t find it and don’t remember the bandname. Does anybody remember it?

Sepultura - Schizophrenia

Kinda funny to think they were feuding with Slayer because this album kicks the shit out of Regin In Blood and South of Heaven (Schizophrenia came out in between both albums). Being with the current group of roommates has helped me embrace metal music again. I’ve never really stopped enjoying it, but I’ve been feeling more at home than I have in a long time. Just gotta go find me a new job.
