[reply]1997 was the tour where Watts played with KMFDM and also opened as Pig, right?
PIG opened the east coast portion, while Rammstein opened the west coast.
I saw them on one of their tours and Reiflin was playing bass…I have no idea what year that was…it’s all blending together at this point…
I believe that would be 2002 and you’re lucky! They actually threw some PIG songs into the set on that tour.
Anyway, nice to see 80’s KMFDM getting some love. 84-86 and Extra Vol. 1 are must haves if you’re into that era. I almost bought Xtort with the last of my Amazon gift card.[/reply]
Pig actually opened up that show along with some other group I can’t recall right now…
Man can’t say I didn’t see this coming but maaaaaaaaaan Primitive Race sucks fuckin dick.
Built themselves up for years on their little fb campaign only to end up sounding like SHIT.
LOL[/reply]
I gave it a listen (whole album is on Bandcamp) because I was curious of the final result after over 2 years of this album being advertised.
Addict Now had some elements that reminded me of Robo Banditos, Josh Bradford is on both tracks coincidentally.
DJFH is fucking stupid.
The rest of the songs were more or less meh. Nothing really stood out to me. The initial campaign implied involvement from Chris Vrenna, Luc Van Acker, and Raymond Watts. Only Watts was involved and from what I understand, provided vocals for one track; false advertising.
