MILES DAVIS - KIND OF BLUE
Check out his album “Get Up With It” if you haven’t already…it’s got the tune “He Loved Him Madly” on it…that thing is pure bliss.

So fucking good! Look that sound track!
If you dig it you might also like the album by Symmetry called Themes for an Imaginary Soundtrack. These guys were originally tagged to score the movie but it didn’t pan out. Inspired by their work they put out this album. Listen free at soundcloud: https://soundcloud.com/johnnyjewel/symmetry-themes-for-an
I’ve been listening to the new Bonobo, really nice chill album. I particularly like it because it works for yoga music and I’m always on the lookout for stuff I can put in playlists that I actually enjoy!

Thanks - for some reason I can’t get it to play, though.
Shame, because I’ve been a bit obsessed with Kavinsky myself lately and would dig something similar.
The “Themes” album is sort of a mix between Kavinsky (whom I also really dig) and Reznor’s “Girl With a Dragon Tattoo” soundtrack. Drone at places, flowing at others. I was really obsessed with it for a few months.
I just tried it here and it worked on soundcloud, may e give it a try on a different connection.
It’s working now. For some reason it just wouldn’t start last night.
Shrug.

I really like this one. On my first listen I thought it was the worst album they’ve ever done, but I can’t stop listening to it. It’s quickly becoming one of my favorites. Weird.
bought out some oldschool stuff today.
