Lo-Fidelity Allstars - How To Operate With A Blown Mind
cop shoot cop - surprise, surprise
foetus - cirrhosis of the heart
How the fuck did I never hear about Republica until tonight? House-y techno-y punky rocky stuff is my nonsense, and this managed to stay under the radar until the most tolerably hipster dude I know was bumping this in his car. Spinnin’ now.

The same dude straight up gave me a random Suicide album today, too, AND my physical copy of Dust to Dust happened. Today’s a killer day for tunage.
Ice, do you have the Desert Solitaire album Steve Roach did with Braheny & Stearns? If you don’t stick it into your shopping cart (or PM me.)
Also: Saffron was one of the hottest chicks of the 90s. I once drew a line with a girl who looked like (bit was not quite as good looking) as her.
Thrill Kill Kult- Blue Buddha
Current 93/Om - Inerrant Rays of Infallible Sun

That’s a great album by two great bands.
Listening to Blue Lines by Massive Attack. It’s a great driving album.
Traumatizing friends with the Lou Reed/Metallica album.
The new Little Axe album…Sherwood’s production is brilliant.
New Jane’s Addiction. Wasn’t even long enough for a quality power nap.
Talk about a spent force.
Very short, but I still like it. Missed angry-ish Perry. Wish Navarro would stop being lazy and play like he really can though. My dad played me some panic channel this morning actually, and I was amazed that he can still play the guitar like he did before. Hasn’t lost a step, but for some reason, he decides not to do it.
I found Perry to be lazy one on the new album. Lyrics are incredibly bad and the chorus for most of the songs is just the song title sung in quite an unimaginitave way. The music side is decent on a few songs, like ‘Irresistible Force’, but otherwise it is a throwaway album, their worst yet. But to be honest their catalogue only has two good albums and they’re both over 20 years old.
Some neofolk compilation. I don’t remember the name of it.
Earlier today, Tom Waits - Bad As Me and Skinny Puppy - Handover

Yup!

True x2.
And his wife looks like a creepy space alien monkey mutant sex doll. I think her name is ET.
Seemed to me, and this is just my opinion, that perry had to dumb things down. He’s WAY better than he is on the album, but so is Navarro. I like the album, it’s no Ritual or Nothing’s Shocking, but does what it does for me.
I’ve been thrashing Smith & Mighty’s 3 albums and their DJ Kicks mixtape lately. They rule.

Nope. Will put that motherfucker on the never-ending list.

Tom Waits - Bad As Me. Pretty cool so far (first listen).
The new Blane Fonda record. “Foolish Croon”
It’s been pretty much this on repeat for the last two weeks. It’s upbeat, which has been a must given circumstances.
Catchy as fuck, too- been waking up with it already running through my head.
