With the arrival of a new ohGr album just a few days ahead, we have news of the completion of Skinny Puppy’s long-awaited new album. Entitled HanDover, the record was delivered to the label last week. The artwork was once again created by Steven Gilmore. Expect a Fall release. More details, hints, and innuendos to follow.

Saw them off “Ghost Colours” and it was a brilliant show, they blew me away live! Was really bummed that they only played a festival in LA this year. Hope they have a second leg to the tour…

When I saw this I got a DIJ craving and pulled up “All Pigs Must Die”. Then I ran about 40 minutes of various Boyd Rice songs (“People”, “History”, “Disneyland Can Wait”, “Total War”). I like starting my mornings off in a happy-go-lucky way . . .

mogwai. paul saw them the other night and thought the show was pretty good. i have a hard time listening to anything, anymore. I was thrilled to hear from Mi Esposo that Scott Walker deliberately spent time studying Gregorian chants. He got tired of pop music. Makes sense to me. Gregorian chants put me through law school.
