Is this is old wax trax building?

That Denver store has been there since Jim and Danny left Denver.

the street view on damen is where the label moved. the original chicago store was at 2449 n. lincoln avenue.

I never saw those Misfits live pics from the Denver site. Right before that band imploded.

Yep, that’s where Wax Trax! moved. Upstairs was the label and downstairs was the store. I was an intern there for awhile right near the end of the label. After Jim Nash died they closed the store downstairs. The label ran for awhile longer upstairs (With TVTs involvement) but it also closed up. The orig. Wax Trax! Store used to be on Lincoln ave. Both stores were awesome and were great places to browse and pick up cheap albums of bands you never heard of.
