That’s not Raymond Watts in the KMFDM “Achtung” live video. It is Chris Randall of Sister Machine Gun, who was a tour manager or tech on KMFDM’s first American headlining tour.

I don’t believe Raymond toured with KMFDM until he came back for the Nihil-era Beat By Beat and In Your Face tours.
