vh1

vh1 (regular not classic) has a pretty good article on M, maybe there’s some new stuff for ya’ll.

Not bright enough to link it but thought I’d recommend it. Interview with Al describing Ministry’s next twenty years. And I can’t remember seeing some of this stuff on prongs…hope it helps. Worth a look.

Vh1 classics has better selection of videos tho.

agreed on classics. i dig their metal ones, because they somehow manage to put the cheesiest, yet listenable, songs on there. “dream warriors” anyone?

They also show the video for Countdown, Jizz.

Why. Because Signals rules.

RUSH tickets on sale, go for it!

Phoenix gets 'em back on May 1. I saw them last summer, and was really impressed with how the Snakes and Arrows songs sound live. I love that they played Digital Man - Geddy’s bass kills in that song. I’ll definitely go see them again in May. Not too many good shows in town the first 6 months of the year. I’ve got Ministry in April, Rush in May, and The Cure in June. Don’t know what to expect the second half of '08. Would be nice if the new Puppy album came out this year, but Key’s just started writing, so probably '09 on that one (hopefully this one will be harder-hitting and have more samples than the last two albums).

i think ohgr might be coming out with a solo album. maybe that will come out before the sp album. not sure tho.

I dig on the VH1 classics.

An unlimited treasure trove some nights.

My faves are Afterimage by Rush and How Can I Refuse by Heart.

I like 120 minutes late nights on VH1 classic. they’ve played some good stuff on there. jesus and mary chain, followed by stigmata, and nin-wish all in a row. later on they played dig it.

yeah 120 minutes brings me back to the good ol days of music. i watch that almost every sunday night before i go to bed.

I used to love watching 120 minutes years ago. They then changed it to ‘Alternative Nation’ for a while, but quality of show had slipped.
They have now re-birthed 120 minutes but it’s rather pants and nothing like the mid 90’s was…[:(]

I am really glad to see 120 minutes back as well. Supposedly there will be a second Ohgr tour this year after the third album comes out.

There you go in his own words D hates capitalism.

An old man complaining about commercials? How original.
